PARTICIPATION RULES

Each participant is required to comply with the Highway Code and other safety and prudence rules throughout the tour. The presence of a guide does not exempt participants from complying with traffic regulations or from responsibility for their own conduct.

During the excursion, each participant agrees to follow the instructions given by the Ride and Fun Guides, particularly those relating to safety, pace, stops, distances, and group behavior.

The Guide may modify or interrupt the route if environmental, weather or safety conditions make it necessary.

Wearing a properly fastened helmet is mandatory for the entire duration of the excursion . Participation or continuation of the activity without one will not be permitted.

Each participant declares that they are approaching the excursion with an awareness of the characteristics and difficulty of the route and that they are using a bicycle in good working order and suitable for the intended activity. Any problems or difficulties must be promptly reported to the Guide.

During the excursion, participants are required to maintain the position and pace indicated by the Guide, avoiding overtaking, straying from the group, or taking different routes without prior authorization.

If a participant needs to stop or abandon the excursion, he or she must promptly notify the Guide.

By registering and participating in the excursion, the participant declares that he/she has read, understood and accepted these regulations and undertakes to maintain responsible and respectful behavior towards the Guides, other participants, road users, the environment and the territory crossed.
